Out of the Long Beach, CA USA scene with its most famous band Sublime, 3rd Alley was born in 2005. Drummer Mudd, grew up playing drums in the legendary Long Beach band The Falling Idols. Singer/songwriter Zack Walters, fronted the San Diego band Handful, and more recently has performed around the country as a solo artist. Last - but least - bass player Tyson began his career in show business as the adorable Sunny Delight child in a national campaign to increase SD's market share. Tyson is currently moonlighting as the bass player for the Indonesian Mules and Glue Factory (in rotation with Eric Wilson from Sublime and Randy Bradbury from Pennywise). Within the first year of the band's existence, 3rd Alley has performed over 100 shows from Long Beach, CA to Long Beach, NJ and over the pond throughout Europe. Their debut 19! track album, “after school special” is available on Fond Of Life Records over here in Europe.
